I am a Broker and have just secured lenders, who are willing to look at almost any venture, to fund. No upfront fees to b paid of anykind at all, not even US$1.00. Lender looks at your business plan, if he likes what he sees, he will make you an offer. You will however require collateral of upto 3% of what you require. Broker fees of between 2 - 4% are to paid from loan amount on you recieving the loan amount in your bank. You will be expected to travel to the location of the lender, which could be anywhere from Europe to USA. Minimum Loan amount offered is US$ 5 million and above.
