Gold Project : $3.5 million Fund Needed
Gold has been in operation since 2008 and is planning to upgrade infrastructure and operations. We are in the process of finalising its expansion costing which is currently estimated at approximately $3.5
million (R26 250 000).
We Holdings Limited holds 90% of Gold SARL, a Mali registered company.
We are a junior mining exploration company established in the year 2008 and is steadily generating substantial cash flow with numerous production sites as well as a solid reputation in the gold mining communities. With optimal risk management in mind, the company limits exploration costs while using cash generated from crushing activities to locate viable mining opportunities.
Why Invest in Mali?
• Official gold production in Mali amounts to 44 metric tons annually and is growing fast
• Enjoy attractive tax incentives and profitable permits offered by the Mali Mining Code
• Mali is a member of the West African Economic and Monetary Union (UEMOA)
Funding core objectives:
• Construct new crushing plant to increase maximum capacity
• Acquire four exploration and mining permits
• Add five more dredges to exploit the newly acquired 35km Faleme River dredging permit
• Start small scale mining and exploration activities to leverage company’s mining expertise

450 million USD funding Needed for an energy project in India
We need 450 million USD for an energy project in India. You will be able to invest in hydro power, thermal power, coal mines and bio fuel.
This is an offer for a joint venture were the investor is offered 49% equity (negotiable) in the project. The project assets can be used as collateral.
About Project
Power -Take advantage of power shortage in India and roll-out thermal plants cost-effectively and quickly
Clean / Renewable Energy – Develop / Acquire technology and establish presence over the next 5 years - to take advantage of the significant global opportunity
Our approach is based on a need to be flexible, scale up quickly and minimize risk to investor capital. Our strategy may be summarized as follows:
a) Use the opportunity presented by the shortfall in power in India to enter the profitable thermal power sector quickly for the intermediate term.
b) Given the uncertainty as regards policy and regulatory framework driven by environmental concerns, it is prudent to minimize capital costs
c) Importing used plants ensures the above and also saves time by jumping the queue on equipment supply – reputed suppliers have a 2-3 year backlog.
d) Coal fired thermal power will form the launch pad of the Group’s operations in initial years and the profits generated from it will be used to develop and /or acquire “Clean” technologies.
e) Continuously move towards “ZERO EMMISSIONS” through Clean Energy options to stay relevant

3 million USD for a hydro power project in India
We are a Pvt Limited established company, with an income of about 2 million USD/year, in need of a loan of 3 million USD for a hydro power project in India.
Northeastern India along with North Himalayan areas has a great potential for power. Small hydros on streams offer an opportunity for private enterprise to participate in mitigation of stresses. They can provide short-term solutions to tide over local energy shortages besides promoting the growth of small developers in the energy sector. The program has received a new dimension after the liberalization of economy and romping in private sector in power generation, which has been now extended, to transmission and distribution.
small hydro-power schemes are likely to play an important role to meet the future power needs of the country. It is an opportune time that small hydro should get a strategic thrust as a principal renewal energy source for sustainable development. Small and micro hydel stations, installed in a decentralized manner, could be a boon for the people if they can provide the much-needed irrigation for the agriculturally dependent areas.
We will also consider a joint venture were the investor is offered 30% equity in the project for an investment of 3 million USD.
