Invest in downtown Tripoli, Libya

Hello from Ireland,
Looking for interested investors to build a hotel/office blocks/apartments etc. on a huge land in the central part of Tripoli, Libya.( not far from the newly built Medina Towers )
As you might already be aware, Libya's economy is slowly coming out of isolation and, in so doing, a whole lot of Multi-National corporations are already there working in the Oil, Gas, Construction etc. industries. Due to this, there are shortages of office blocks, etc.
