Looking for investors or lenders buy star hotels in China

We need to finance 30 million US$ to acquire a starred hotel in China, the takeover target is the 5-star hotel which had regular operation in the past, and now it needs to sell out all equity for the exiting of the state-owned capital. We have had reached preliminary agreement with the seller and projected to finance with the object property as the mortgage collateral.

Where is this hotel?

the hotel locates in the center of Dongguan city, which is very important city of the economically developed province Guang Dong, now the hotel is in termination of business.
