Dear Sir/Madam,

I am from Vietnam and also a proprietor of a small private enterprise. I am in need of a project funding in the form of an unsecured personal loan without upfront payments in order to prepare a feasible project document (business plan included), in the field of export food industry.

You are noted that all relevant fees must be added to your interest rate or deducted from the loan amount.
