Come and invest in Tripoli

Hello All,

I am looking for interested investors to build a hotel/office blocks/apartments etc. on a huge real estate in the central part of Tripoli, Libya. The property is located around the Tajura Center in Tripoli with the size of 93 x 50 meters. All the necessary documents are ready/available.

The owner does not have the initial capital or business plan yet. He is looking for an investor/s who would be interested in developing/building a profitable venture and pay some dividends to the owner based on mutual agreement between the parties.
