Equity investment needed in development aid funded aquaculture project in Pakistan

Our company is a US Government contractor based in California with aquaculture projects taking place in the most underdeveloped regions of the world. Our parent company is a nonprofit entity and works with government programs and aid agencies for education and food security projects in the third world. We are currently establishing an off shore cage (fish) farming project in Pakistan in collaboration with the government and a handful of aid agencies. We have an identical project at a more advanced stage in Haiti and one in California. Our group includes very established and well known individuals from the US and Pakistan with proven track records. The investment required is to supplement the funding provided by the aid agencies. The project is extremely viable and we already have most of the components required in order to practically execute the project, i.e. processing/storage facilities, local and export sales channels, expertise, experience, access to feed and hatch-lings, local cage construction, permissions/approvals, etc Further details are available to SERIOUS candidates only.
