Establish Islamic insurance / Takafol operator requires capital for South Africa

As Salaam U Alaikum

An established Insurer in South Africa, operating according to Shariah with Takafol products is seeking an investor/ venture capital in order to grow and strengthen their Takafol business and also perhpas help establish an Islamic bank within South Africa, and later surrounding countries in Southern Africa as well.
This will be for a share in the business not exceeding 25%.

minimum capital required would be approx 15 million US dollars.
