Hotel Building in Baku

As salamu aleykum,
We Apex Engineering Group are construction company from Azerbaijan. We have a lot of projects regarding construction area. At present we would like to offer project concerning construction of the hotel in Baku.
The known hotel brand Accor is ready to cooperate with us and would like to construct the hotel in Azerbaijan. In connection with what we have agreed to sign the Memorandum Of Understanding (MOU) between our companies.
In this project Hotel Group are the Customer and we (Apex Engineering Group) are the Contractor. As you understand the given agreement, provides interests of two parties. We suggest you to become the third party in this project. You will finance construction of hotel on condition that after construction of hotel you will be the individual Owner of the hotel and the ground on which it is constructed. And together with Hotel Group you will manage of hotel and will receive dividends under scheme already finished speaking between you and Hotel Group. If you agree to finance this project, we will send you in-depth information about content and total budget of the project.
Briefly, we shall construct a building, our work will consist in erection of a ferro-concrete skeleton, erection of walls, installation of doors and windows, linings of external and internal communications (an electricity, water, gas, the water drain, fire-prevention system, ventilation, cable TV, the Internet, external supervision, etc.), furnish of a facade. And our Turkish partner - design company will work in internal furnish of hotel, in particular they will create design of an interior and will equip hotel with furniture.
We plan to start to realize the given project in the near future but as you understand to us financing is necessary. The reason on which we have decided to address to you consists in that that we cannot address to local banks for financing our project because all of them work on a percentage basis (riba). Therefore we are compelled to search for financing abroad, in the foreign Islamic financial organizations. We are ready and wish to work on conditions Musharaka.
