Looking for angel investor to finance start-up capital for a company in Romania

I am from Romania, I am 23 years old and I have achieved european funding for a project which consists in acquiring the following contruction vehicles:
- Wheel-loader HITACHI ZW-180
- Backhoe KOMATSU WB93S-5
- Sked loader BOBCAT S-205
Every equipment has several attachements.
The total value is 260.000 euro of which 70% is financed with no refund from european funding, and 30% is personal investment.
Because I have not found a bank that can finance my 30%, I am looking for a business partner which can contribute with the amount of 80.000 euro.
