I am having a real estate project in Germany of 13000m² with 6 buildings in a wonderful location.
The project is ideal to establish a complex for family accommodations and children indoor /outdoor entertainment, separated swimming and spa facilities for men and women.
In such a case 22% of the entire costs is to be granted by the German authorities.
The project borders a beautiful river and both the railway station and the track of the historical steam train.
A recently discovered healing water spring is been made available by the mayor for a spa wellness project.
This project entitles investor and family a German permit to stay.
