The revenue from just the jobs around his location pays for all insurances, overhead and payroll. A single truck and employee would be all profits. He is done, been in the oilfields for over 40 years, he wants out, Ive known him since I was 14-15. He has no children, his wife has no interest in running this, he is 66 without desire to move forward.

For those looking for detailed reports of everything, I can not produce this fancy paperwork, if you want cash flow, I can produce this. I'm a family man, two children, wife of 12 years, and know how to create future growth. I hate to use the word but this buisiness has the "potential" to profit close to a million dollars if the right placements and clients are pursued with minimal expenditures ($20K). He is the only large scale Anchor Company East of the Mississippi River. That covers a lot of ground. His vehicles are custom, no other around, he has 3 trucks. I get his intellectual rights to this design. He has bought retail materials for 28 years... I made one phone call and mentioned to the manufacture we were buying direct from now on, this cost the owner nothing and I created a savings of $10K per order, around $60K a year with that call. He is old school and will not get out of his rut. The company will expire upon his death, I'd rather keep the 28 years of respect and move it to at least four other oilfield plays.

It's hard to explain the pros of this business. I look at this company as a Monopoly on the service. There is no drive in regulations on workover services, all rigs should be anchored, in Texas its the Law, if this was pushed throughout the US, the business would be grandfathered into any regulatory compliances. I dont think he understands this structure or the simple economics of his choices. Its a multimillion dollar business and I need some funding. Of course there are some Cons too, but it has nothing to do with the growth. Mostly his business structure he current has.

I appreciate your time to read this. I was taught mortgages, and real estate cash flow by Jimmy Napier, Jack Miller, John Scaub and Pete Fortunato. I understand entities, trusts and how to create cash flow. I have residual income from my rentals, my wife is a school teacher. Over 1 billion people in the world lack access to safe water sources in “21st Century”. Even for those who do have access to water, unsanitary handling and storage translates into unsafe household water for drinking and food preparation.

Unsafe water, sanitation, and hygiene practices are responsible for the vast majority of diarrhea diseases, a leading cause of nearly 2 million deaths of children under age five annually.

Water-borne infections such as cholera, typhoid fever, and dysentery also burden the public health system and can impose significant economic losses. Safe water alone can reduce diarrhea and other related diseases by up to 50%, but an estimated 62% of Pakistan’s urban population and 84% of the rural population do not treat their water.

The present contribution of renewable sources is however, negligible in the total energy picture. Micro-hydro is a low-cost supply option with large potential. Solar and Wind, too, can be harnessed after proper planning. Biomass is another viable option which is not exploited to its potential and sustainable development of renewable energy needs further scientific research.

Renewable resources of energy have large potential in these countries according to the survey conducted by the International Power Generation (IPG) in 1978, Pakistan is 2nd richest country in the world for wind power generation potential while Egypt is the riches in the world and this potential has not yet been adequately harnessed.

The Remote Communities Solar and Wind Energy project aims to explore ways to link microfinance and access to renewable energy, bringing a positive contribution in rural development and poverty alleviation in third world by increasing access to solar energy, the development of micro enterprise, and the provision of microfinance mechanisms tailored for low income people’s needs.

The main objectives of the Envirable Remote Communities Solar and Wind Energy project are:

• To promote development of income generating activities with renewable energy supply;

In the 21st century, most agricultural operations today use the same basic waste treatment processes that have been used since the beginning of farming.

While Envirable has worked on a unique idea to find multiple uses of the biodegradable refuse, in our research Envirable found that the farmers belonging to developing word spends most of their earning in buying energy for irrigation and chemical fertilizers.

Where as both of these needs can be fulfilled very economically, even free, from the bio refuse of their own crop, animal manure or biodegradable municipal solid waste or effluent sludge.

After conducting detailed reach with renowned institutions and universities Envirable has brought a unique solution which simultaneously produces biogas to drive irrigation equipment (mainly Bio Gas Driven Maintenance Free Stirling Engine) and at the end of this process we find sludge as natural bio fertilizer. This process almost eliminates both major expenses in agriculture, dairy farming and rural housing.

All correspondence, drawings, catalogues, illustrations, specifications, and other documentation related to the project must be in English.

CONFIDENTIALITY
The Consultant shall respect the confidentiality of all information provided and is required to sign an undertaking in this regard. Any reports, computer modeling or documentation produced with regard to the project will become the property of Envirable Energy Systems (Pvt.) Ltd.
No disclosure to third parties, public announcements or press releases of any nature shall be made without the written consent of Envirable Energy Systems (Pvt.) Ltd. or its authorized representative.
