We are a Canadian owned and Dubai based Consulting firm. Just over 1 year of business operations have been completed. We are seeking Venture Capital or Loan in order to grow the company into the Middle East, North Africa region. Huge potential as we are a specialty Consulting firm who already have worked with many leading Architects and Developers in UAE, Kuwait and Qatar. Looking to build a long term relationship with a serious investor who is looking for strong and sustainable business, with a concept that is easily taken globally. The partners (2) have combined experience of over 45 years in the field and have the right contacts to get the work, only lack of financing stands in our way. An initial investment would be in the 2 Million AED area, which can be taken as loan or with equity depending on the investor.
