Investment for Rice Mills

I am looking for a venture with a investor for the setting up a Complete Rice Plant for the export of Rice from Pakistan to Middle East Market, A complete plant including 1 year Raw material does cost around $1million US, This plant will consist of Husking,polishing,packing , Sella etc all. If anyone is interested so please contact.
