Investors or Lenders

Hello, good day, I'm a 27 years old male from Indonesia.

I need to loan money as much as $18,000 (Eighteen Thousand US Dollars) to starting my own business, or if there's any investor would like to join, don't be hestitate to contact me. The details are:

1. I have guarantee which is my house ownership certificate.

2. I'm not from a Company/Institution. I'm an individual.

3. For lenders, I need loan for 3-5 years period with a reasonable intrest.

4. For investors, before capital pay back it would be 70% from nett profit for investor (30% for me), and after capital pay back is 30% from nett profit for investor (70% for me).

Here in Indonesia, I'm having difficulties to apply loan from banks because they don't deal with long term loan for individual, max. only 1 year period. Banks give long term loan only for business that already runs for at least 2 years. (I don't know about banks in any other country).

My business plan would be an Event Organizer. And because I dont have much time and cost to do research, I would prefer Lenders since I have guarantee, or partnership with trust.
