 First of all, I would like to mention that I have been graduated fromthe National University of Uzbekistan and I got my Masters degree onBusiness Administration this year. One of my primary goals is to getan American education for the reason that I have certain plans toimplement in my future as a contribution to my society when I comeback. I want to improve my existing knowledge by getting aninternational experience and eradicate a successful career andassistance to my country. Through my education I will focus ondecreasing the unemployment rate in my area and surely establish abusiness which helps to maintain the regulations of unemployment. Asfar as we all know that we have a high rate of unemployment inUzbekistan, I would like to notify that I am ready to accomplish anykind of agenda which will assist to lower that. However, I do notpossess enough information about how to get connected with someone whocould guide me and help me on this issue. Would you be so kind tofacilitate any kind of information which you think could be useful forme? Do you think US government can help me to get this opportunity sothat I will have a chance to visit US and gain an American educationfor the stated purpose I have mentioned above? One of the reasons I amwriting this to you is, that I am short on finance, furthermore theprograms I have applied to get scholarship has failed each time. I amabsolutely sure that I can carry on with any difficulty once I get toUS, the problem is that I have not had the chance to find a person whocould aid me with both (financially and mentally) source ofinformation. This might seem funny to you, but I really need help onthat. I seem to have lost the direction of my right way of getting thevisa and from whom to inquire help.
