Jaguar Silk Mills Pvt Ltd has been established by Mr. Nasir pasha, aged about 33 years and an electrical & electronics engineer, for starting a project of manufacturing, trading & exporting of combed spun silk yarn in 2/60’S, 2/140’S and 2/210’S Counts. under the name & style of S.AS Silks at Bangalore, our activities began with silk waste trading in 1998 the large-scale supply of silk waste to various silk spinning units in the country such as KSIC Spun silk mills at Chanapatna. Later we have started purchasing of bi product such as spun silk silver tops, comber noils from KSIC Spun silk mills at Chanapatna and supply it to various spun silk mills across the country. A prominent standing in trading, led to subsequent interactions with leading spun silk manufacturers across the country, then we started manufacturing of spun silk yarn on contract job work basis at Flora silks pvt ltd at anekal town near Bangalore and started supplying it to spun silk exporters, silk carpet manufacturers of Kashmir and the manufacturers and exporters of dress materials and furnishing fabrics elsewhere in the country. With an experience of almost 12 year in the field of manufacturing & trading of spun silk yarn, now we are setting up our own spun silk mill.

we are starting a project of manufacturing of spun silk yarn in 2/60’S, 2/140’S and 2/210’S Counts, with installed capacity of 1200 spindles and a workforce of over 100 personnel, we will acquire world-class technical know-how and is proposed to produce around 3MT of spun silk. The total cost of project is USD 560000/ Rs 2.80 crores; Promoter contribution is 310000 USD/Rs 1.55 Crores, we need another 250000 USD/ Rs 1.25 Crores for purchasing plant & machinery of spun silk spinning mills and to start commercial production.
