Need Investor to start a resort at Cameron Highland, Pahang, Malaysia.

I and my company need any investor that interested to invest in purchase and convert a normal bungalow to resort bungalow in Cameron Highland, Malaysia. Also fund for develop a land for organic strawberry near by the bungalow. The total capital needed for this two project USD 3,000,000 only.
