creation of a joint satellite TV (DTH) operator

General Satellite Corporation is planning to launch and develop a DTH project. We're considering Latin America, Africa, Middle East or South-East Asia.
Presently we are looking for a reliable partner which may share our vision of mutually beneficial cooperation on this project. The type of collaboration may be in the range from strategic investment and actually joining the project to performing some project parts or stages at partnership level. The Company is ready to invest considerable own funds up to 100% of the project's financial needs.

The main project's idea is to organize low-end digital broadcasting of a package of free and paid channels available to the most part of the country's population living in a satellite coverage zone.
We have a successful experience of such projects' launch in countries with big territory and insufficient development of centralized TV broadcast.

Our know-how is to create an integrated organizational and technical system which allows to successfully promote commercial TV-services on a continuously improving technological base with minimal cost flow (at start-up and on consequent stages of the project). As a matter of fact, our single investment in DTH will create an inexhaustible source of revenue.
