Looking for and investor or partner on U.S. Government construction projects and private construction.
We are a A-1 UBC licensed Contractor approved for government construction with Bonding capabilities of 10 million single 15 million agg. and fully insured with a track record.
We are looking at contracts from 500,000-15,000,000 USD, we need a loan or investor or partner for the funds for the first phase of projects then the government starts paying on project. 90-120 days when they start paying.
Projects range from 140 days to 540 days start to finish, longer for times for larger projects.
Please keep in mind i will be putting up surety bonds for bid, payment and performance on each project (this is required by law).
All projects are on a bid basis to a captive market.
I also have set aside and Veteran Status's
This can be short term or long term relationship, if we work well together the project size can increase if everyone is comfortable.
