In this project Hotel Group are the Customer and we are the Contractor. As you understand the given agreement, provides interests of two parties. We suggest you to become the third party in this project. You will finance construction of hotel on condition that after construction of hotel you will be the individual Owner of the hotel and the ground on which it is constructed. And together with Hotel Group you will manage of hotel and will receive dividends under scheme already finished speaking between you and Hotel Group. If you agree to finance this project, we will send you in-depth information about content and total budget of the project.
