After more than ten years of working in area of strategic marketing, political marketing, business strategies, positioning of different groups of products on the market, PR, lobbing, as well as promotion of Serbian brands in the EU member states I felt ready to set my own firm with intention to use all of my previously acquired knowledge and experience as well as huge number of useful contacts.
After a detail analysis I realized that there is no service in Serbia that would help foreign firms and individuals access to our market with overcoming of all legal and administrative obstacles including finding of an adequate business partner. Our firm would pave the way for foreign investors, companies, individuals and would enable their successful presentation on Serbian market and successful investing of their capital.
The Dezen firm’s activities are based on three basic areas:
1. Consulting which is helping foreign firms in getting access to Serbian market beginning with their registration, finding of legal representatives, administration, translators, head hunting and is also helping in finding of adequate people for work, providing of premises as well as parking space, full marketing support, banks etc.
2. Marketing – full marketing support (market research, strategic marketing, media planning, event marketing etc)
3. Investing – all the necessary procedures accompanying foreign investments, proposing of optimal ways of investing based on a Client’s brief as well as their realization
