My country may be ridden with dishonest people, but it still remains a haven for foreign investors, my job basically is land development, i also identify business prospects & sell them to investors. In the Niger Delta region of my country, there are oil rich lands that are still owned by some of the locals, they are quite oblivious of the true value of their land, these lands can be bought from them for mere peanuts by smart investors, and after the necessary government paperworks/registrations, it can be sold to Major Oil firms for a fortune, or you can decide to live off the drilling rights.
