I owned a fashion retail business located at Bandar Sri Permaisuri, However, i do not spend my effort to run the business well as i have to take care the other business at the same time. Therefore, i am looking for a buyer who would like to own a fashion retail, this business has been fully furnish, and can run business immediately. Target market will be mostly Malay and Chinese, occupation mostly, business owner, bankers, doctor (because near by Hospital) and officer.
The location of shop is on 1st floor, and it surrounded by Condos, Apartment, Town house and commercial building. Near by bank, saloon shop and above a bakery shop.
