I need to establish new Interior design office and as I'm General Manager of German company Here in Dubai (Middle East & Gulf Region)and looking to find partner as investor to establish our company as agent for this German company.

we need partner to invest about one million five hundred thousand dirham UAE currency.

For the assist of the office like Rent ,Decorations ,Trade licence,Cars,Employees, Display Items,projects needs.

office activities: Design and decorate with furniture all new Offices ,Hotels ,Furniture Apartment and villas.(Turn Key Projects,Fit-Out)Using the brand name of German company with products from Germany ,And Europe because clients Looking for high end products.
So please who are able to invest this amount are most welcome .

I'm right now also Operation Manager for Furniture &Interior Design Company Here in UAE.

but as Dubai booming again we need to use the time and catch the Market.

Im looking for investor to build an average hospital affordable to the community suburbs area.

Each projects will be estimated around 10-15 million. The present private hospitals situated almost 2 hrs drive when there is no traffic. If there is interested investor please email me...as soonest.

Looking for investor to build average size of hospital in suberbs area in Malaysia, estimated cost is 10-15 million , plan to build simple and affordable hospital in the vicinity. After doing some feasibility studies this area is highly in demand, and this people are cash rich. Pls email me if interested.
