I have created a mild Vindaloo and Tandori sauce for people like me who love the taste of Vindaloo and Tandori chicken but don’t like the heat. I was unable to find a mild Vindaloo in local restaurants or on the shelf so I created my own. I am interested in marketing my product through your company. I feel that there is a big demand for Indian cuisine in the US and my goal is to make it more accessible to consumers. I can be reached in the USA at 321 610-4535.

As the world grows increasingly smaller I believe Indian cuisine the next big thing. The Ortega model is the way to package and present marinades to the public. Including marinade sauce, rice and possibly Indian bread would make a complete meal for the consumer.

Ortega currently offers a wet sauce packet with there meal kit, this same packet design can also be used to hold spices, vegetable oil and vinegar, the customer would then add water and stir to create my marinade. Eliminating water and bottles is the most cost effective way to go. My goal is to one day sell through Wal-Mart and Target.

One of the fastest growing FMCG and retail company based out of Mumbai, India with its successful run of fast food chain and carbonated drinks manufacturing unit is now expanding and inviting potential, financially sound investors interested in setting up manufacturing facility for Food & Beverage in India.
