i live in Libya and I am Libyan citizen to looking for a partner to support me in big and good business in Libya to establishing IT company working in field still open yet , open source technology which is has relation with government ,education , healthy , military ,public and so on .

will offer the open source solution on for the government in

1- human resource management systems for organizations

2-e-learning process for universities , schools ,education centers by moodle

3- present the open source as solution to reduce costs and using licensed softwares

4- prepare big proposal to Libyan government to change to open source operating system and prepare technical and integrated financial draft .

5- parallel with this will open open source center to working with all organizations as a consultation office in the process to change to open source and information security Where it is the result of using open source technology

Libya more than any day now is ready for open source and i believe that who is investment in this area will gain investment with millions
