We are a startup investment and management office here in Cebu, Philippines. The capital we are raising at this point is for our investment office operational and additional startup costs. To meet those demands, we are only seeking1,500,000 USD). As for ROI, we are hoping to find an equity partner that will take on 20% of our common stock, thus becoming a 20% stakeholder in every investment we do.
On another side of the coin, our business is geared at finding foreign investors and venture capitalists that are willing to invest startup capital in Cebu Philippines to implement infrastructural type businesses and services; as well as retail, restaurant, wholesale, and other forms of business projects. For instance, we intend to initiate rent-to-own stores here in the Philippines. That is something that does not exist at all here. I will attach the business plan for that project for your preview. The cost estimates and proformas are based on an investment sizable enough to open and operate the first store. We would prefer to bring in enough capital on that project allowing for the commencement of 10 to 12 stores initially.
We are also going to seek out investment principle to initiate other businesses and project related ventures such as sustainable water, waste management, energy, etc.
If you find that you would like to be involved with our investment company and invest for an equity stake, I think you will find that we have some very professional people who are dedicated to creating better economic conditions in the Philippines and have the skills needed to manage the investments with an eye on the margins.
What your investment would do is take us from 6 calling consultants to 20 calling consultants (this is our outbound call center activity in which we contact/solicit the investors for our investment projects), move us into an office building, purchase more computers, desks, chairs, voip equipment, etc. etc.; and provide us with the other tools we are lacking that are necessary for our continued operations.
