The object is located in the Eastern Slovakia, in region of Košice, in a city called Veľké Kapušany, which is nearby Ukraine, Hungary and Poland. It was built in 1992 as a double floor building with a build-up area of 3240 m2 in dimensions 54x60m.
In object is considered: restaurant with a kitchen, conference hall for 250 quests, winter garden, cinema with a capacity of 240 sits, lounges, study rooms, offices, 25m indoor swimming pool, sauna, gym and a lot of different capacities.
The facility is suitable as a Conference/ Congress Centrum with a sport background, Business Centrum, Study facility, or if needed after a bit of reconstruction it could be easily used as a Shopping Mall within an area of 4500m2. The building involves extra 3ha of the area around the facility with a huge adjacent parking lot.
In our region we respond with a large variety of different utility in the tourism, agro-tourism, cycling, hunting, fishing, and Tokaj wine - trip combined with a degustation of different kind of rare Tokaj´s wines, incredible visit of Uzhorod´s market in Ukraine. We cannot forget to mention the beauty of Hungary.
As known, Veľké Kapušany are located in the area of the occurrences of geothermal waters, so there is a possibility to invest also to renewable energy sources with a different usage- heating, spas, green houses and more.
Due to a strategic position with Ukrainian border we have a big rail train shipments, which also allows us to invent in any kind of sphere and usage of raw materials from Ukraine, Russia and all the countries around East Slovakia with a distribution worldwide.
Next to the object is located a hostel for 200 people.
