I have a property developement project on one of Cape Towns Golden Miles. It is a prime piece of real estate with warm Indian Ocean washing up the white sands.
The building plans have been aproved for a six storey apartment block with 114 apartments, ranging from studios to Luxury apartments. 58 apartments have already been sold prior to the comencement of the building. The value of the apartments already sold is US$10000000.00. To start the project and complete it in 8 months, I require an Investment of US$15000000.00, after all the apartments have been sold we will gross we should Gross about US$22000000 and we can split the profits 60% and 40%....60% to you the investor and 40% to me.
I also have 2 other projects I require an investor for that have a smaller cash investment, but has greater net profits, but we can discuss it further when you contact me.
