Investment Needed for first ever Muslim CG (Computer Generated) 3D film

Asalaam –o- Alaikum, 

I hope you are well. My name is Adeel Shahid  and we have a software house in UK working on the first ever Computer Generated (CG) 3D film produced by Muslims covering the arrival of Muslims in Spain and the story of Tariq bin Ziyad.

We have been working on this project for the last 3 – 4 months and have created a prototype (demo) of the look and feel of what we are going for in the finished film. We have so far invested approx. 50,000 (British Pounds Sterling) in this project.

As such we are now in the process of looking for Investors into this project whereby we are seeking a total investment of £ 200,000 (British Pounds Sterling) in return for 45 % equity shares. The amount above covers the production cost to finish the film and then an initial amount to launch the marketing and broadcast of the film across UK and US. Typically CG films cost millions to produce. However, we have sourced personnel from all over the world and hire them for exactly the required time (letting them work remotely) while maintaining a small core team here in the UK. The film will be of approx. 75 minutes duration. We are using the industry standard software pipeline for this production (Maya, Massive, Mental Ray, Z-Brush, Photoshop CS2).

The film is expected to generate between half a million to one million British Pounds Sterling in revenues, thus offering a high return to the investors. It will also provide the foundations for launching 1 new film every year. Also it offers the opportunity to introduce to the market CG films based upon Islamic heroes and history. An initial website for the film has been setup at: http://www.andalus.tv The website has demo (teaser trailer) for the movie and some screenshots of work in progress. Also an initial powerpoint presentation will be made available to interested parties.  We would like to have one investor who can invest the whole amount in return for the said shares.  However we are willing to take on a number of smaller investors, with following ratios:
