Wood Fibre Composite Plant is the future wood factory using raw material of HDPE/LDPE by Wood Fibre from plantation and agriculture area. In 1995 period is newly finished by research by Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) U.S. and found the plastic lumber (composite) with physical properties same by heavy hardwood.
Production process can see on page 6 to 15 (Pre FS Proposal) using Bio Polymerization Reactor and there without environmental contamination. Factory of WFC planned to have capacities 5000 ton perday, as according to of overseas buyer request for importing lumber in big scale. Labour as much 3200 moslem people for manufacturing plant and plantation/agriculture area.
Fibre Raw Material of WFC Plant can get from HTI area by plantation of hard/softwood trees and rosella-jute from agricultural area. And the component of plastic (HDPE/LDPE) got from productive Olefin Factory in Cilegon and which under construction in Tuban-East Java.
