Plant A Seed Studios (PASS) is a Limited Liability Company incorporated in California.
PASS is a Computer Generated Animation Production Studios located in San Francisco, that produces 3D animated shows, feature movies and interactive PC games.
PASS is a start-up that is looking for investors who believe in its success to provide the required funds for our production.
We aim to provide Islamic Edutainment material that highlights the true values of Islam and wash away the confusions and misunderstanding caused by the last few years' events. Our products are targeting either Muslim and non-Muslim Americans.
Our products will be revised and certified by our Al-Azhar Sha’ria board to ensure accuracy, integrity, and moderation.
Within the two first years, we are planning to produce three episodes of our star product "The Nobles", half an hour long each.
Among our production schedule for the three first years, an online Web Game, an Interactive PC Game, a full feature movie, and dolls based on the characters of our show "The Nobles".
We are targeting a Muslim population that is 7 million large and counts 2.3 million households. Our target market is 1.36 million families.
Our source of revenue will be DVD sales, theatrical income, local and international network licensing, and derivative products sales.
Assuming we will reach a conservative market share of 20%, and very competitive prices, we expect our sales revenue to pass $16 million by the end of 2007.
