I am Mr.Ato Soeharto from Jakarta, Indonesia.
We are looking for an INVESTOR to open an Indonesian restaurant in Malaysia or Singapore or Brunei Darussalam, or maybe in Australia/Europe.
The food we are going to serve is generally Indonesian food but especially Food from Padang (West Sumatera). Generally Indonesian Food is likely similar to Malaysian/Singaporean and Thai Food, and the food from Padang itself is likely similar to Indian food. As You Know, that Indonesia has the biggest moslem population in the world, so we can guarantee that the food we are cooking is Halal.
In Indonesia, Padang Restaurant is very famous. There is almost no area in Indonesia without a single Padang Restaurant, range from small business to giant business.
My Wife is very good at general cooking, her cooking is mostly liked by many people here. While for Padang Food, we have someone who has experienced cooking that particular kind of food, and also has experienced in running a Padang Restaurant in Melbourne, Australia. For one or any reason he has to go back home to Indonesia.
I believe this business we offer will have good prospect in near future.
We can work for one who invest by running the management with salary, or with 75% (investor) - 25% (us) share, it's all discussable.
