Looking for investor for Pharmaceutical company in India

Hello, every one.

we are one of the leading "diet control product" providers in the city of hyderabad. our various clients are get slim centers, diet control centers, individual cosmetic centers.

Now we want to brand our product, right now we are selling without any registration or brand name.

Our product is "beta sitosterol" imported from individual chinese supplier, the beta sitosterol we offer with some diet product like bread, sauces..etc. now we want to offer direct beta sitosterol-70% in powder form and as a branded.

MY doubt is is my product fall under pharmaceutical category. i think not so because its a food product with only 2grams in each dose. so where i have to register my product and company in this controversial situation?

My name is Gaurav Patel a residing in the US. I was born and raised in New Jersey, USA and have received Doctor of Medicine degree. However, I feel that there are more ways beside practicing medicine to help people. Therefore, I would like to begin an export company allowing medications that are available in US to be distributed throughout India. Currently, there are medications available, but not affordable.
