We are a newly setup company in Malaysia dealing with estate development especially in Oil Palm trees. Generally, we are looking a venture capital company that is very keen in putting investment on oil palm estate development in Malaysia.
For information, we are ready with potential land of about 20,000 acres to seed the oil palm trees.The land is a 99 years rent basis with the rental of USD 800 per acre. Total amount of 99-years land rental is USD 16,000,000. Total development cost is USD 882 per acre including land clearance, labour, oil palm seeds and misc. cost which totalling of USD 17,640,000.
Base on that, we are serious in this project and are looking for the interested venture capital company to jointly develop this land into oil palm estates.
