Salaam aleikum
Dear Sirs,
We look for VenCap and Partnership in establishing the first mini-plant ( low scale ) for processing farm waste ( straw etc ) from crop harvesting in Asia amongst into commercial products as fiber boards from wheat waste (China) and industrial paper from rice waste (Malaysia).
Most of the waste is now burnt, especially rice waste, which is a difficult raw material to process. The huge burnings cause smoke over the whole Malaysia and more, however, our machines and pumps can cope with that and produce strong industrial paper board for packing purposes. Our East African Partners are most happy to import this.
Straw from wheat etc. is often used for production of paper heavily polluting rivers. We are able to use it in a better way to manufacture sought after fiber boards to construction and to the furniture industry. The boards can be made extremely strong.
A full scale plant requires a huge investment in the range of >$100 mln. Our technique is however slimmed, minimizing the scale to 50,000 tons/a of fiber boards which reduces the investment to not more than $19 mln ( land & building not included ). The factory is perfect for local production minimizing costs of transportation of raw material.
Our unique method uses even waste of the production itself as dust rendering absolutely no waste from the process. Dust is commonly a great problem at full scale plants. We use it 100% commercially. Our fiber experts are well known European leading chemists and mechanical engineers leading the company. A full scale plant is already installed now operative.
We look for an investor who realizes the huge profitability of small scale manufacturing plants.
An attractive exit will be possible 36 months after start of production.
We offer as well a long term cut of the fallout to the investor.
Personal CVs are available of the famous European PhD MSc and Professor attending and part owning the formed joint company.
Short Executive Summary available.
Full Feasibility Study must be made as the initial part of the venture.
With Salaams and Duas
