Housing Project at Calcutta, India

I am 25 years Indian Muslim based in Calcutta, India. I am wanting to start a construction business which is the most feasible one in West Bengal at present. The land which I have identified can have sanctioned area of 52000 square foot. This would be at a total investment of USD1.6Million with a return of more that USD 4.8Million. A detailed statement of Cost and Returns can be sent on request. And if the investment is to be made by a Foreign Investor ( Not in India) then the Reserve Bank of India guidelines has to be seeked. The total project will take around 24 to 30 months.
