Battery Refurbishing with extended life

My Name is Mansoor Qader and I am from Pakistan, I would like to setup a new business which is a battery refurbishing business.

what this business do is basically, refurbish used/secound hand battery to be as good as new battery with longer battery life which could be resold back to user at a lower price compare to a new battery.
