Boston Luxury Transport/Limo Business

Salam,

My name is Adel, and I live in New Hampshire, USA. I am working on a business plan for a luxury transport, chauffeur business based in Boston. The cars I plan on using are Bentley Flying Spurs, and they go for about $175,000 each. But here is the catch, I know someone who has made a fiberglass mold of the Bentleys oem parts and he is in the process of constructing it on a Chrysler, inexpensive v6 car. He will be using oem seats, steering wheel, airbags, speedometers and everything original from Bentley. The car will be identical to the 2009 Bentley Flying Spur but it will have Chrysler chassis and engine so it will be far more fuel efficient than the 12 cylinder twin turbo Bentley GT engine. He has agreed to make a fleet of cars of about 4-5 for $30,000 a piece, and that is just a fraction of the cost for a real flying spur. They will be very cost efficient to maintain and repair, and so will the insurance costs be as well. So I estimate about $150,000 for the fleet of Bentleys which is not even how much 1 real one costs!

But as far as the business goes, my father will play a big role in the operation. He has worked for the biggest limo service in Boston for a few years, so he knows the business in and out. He will conduct the interviews, hiring, training, dispatch service. I plan on having 4 or 5 employees depending on the number of cars on call and paid an hourly wage. $11/$12 an hour plus tips from the customers. I want to specialize airport pickup/drop off, special event transport, and all day chauffeur services if the customer wishes. I believe this business will be successful due to the fuel efficient vehicles being used drastically reducing costs, and the quality of vehicles compared to most other services Lincolns, and Cadillacs.

Also during prom month here in America, most high schools have a dance/party at the school where all the junior class dress up fancy and go to, this is where most students pay for chauffeur services during April. This is the month that will be big in advertising. I believe this business will be very profitable Inshallah if I get the resources to start it. My friend has almost completed the full Bentley replica that will be for sale on eBay. If I am satisfied with the final product, I would like to proceed with a business contract with him.
