Brick Plant in South Africa

I’m looking for investors to start a brick plant manufacturing 60 million cement bricks over 5 years on contract.
Costing to start the plant is R 7,000,00 with a profit margin of 45% annually the total bricks that’s needed to be manufacture is 79 million excluding private sales to the market in that area.
The plant is close to the Botswana border it will be the only cement brick plant in that area
