Bismillah ...
I am an Indian muslim, 36 yrs. old from Goa, currently working in Dubai and I also hold a valid PR status of Canada.
Before I begin with my business ideas, let me first state my educational qualifications as below:
Grade X + Grade XII (Science) + 4 Yrs. Diploma in Fabrication Technology & Erection Engineering + MBA (Marketing)
My professional work experience is as below:
1. Executive Construction @ Thermax Ltd., Pune, India (1996-1999): Site Construction (Mechanical) for Boilers, Cogeneration Power Plants etc.
2. Production Engineer @ Al Shirawi Equipment Co., Dubai, UAE (1999-2002): Shopfloor production (Heavy Fabrication) of Transport & Storage Equipments etc.
3. Asst. Sales Manager @ Darwish Group, UAE (2002 - Till Date): Direct Sales & Marketing commercial vehicles, fork lifts, warehouse equipments & truck mounted cranes.
I have a versatile work exposure, a very positive and ''can do'' attitude, I am self motivated and quite ambitious ... work is a pleasure and I value achievements.
I am now considering starting my own business, insha allah.... I have a couple of ideas which I am really passionate about and I request and invite business funding proposals from like minded individuals / corporates who value ideas and are serious about getting into the business as partners or as investors.
In brief about a couple of business plans in my mind:
Outbound tourism to Goa from GCC & Canada with Dubai & Toronto as the hubs.
Medical Tourism to Goa for GCC & Canada based residents.
Post Landing services to new immigrants from GCC landing in Canada(Toronto / Mississuaga)
Shrimp farming & sea food exports from Goa.
Real Estate Development coupled with Building Materials Supply & Interior Decoration(Luxury segment)in Goa.
Indian nationals - NRGoans or NRI's based in Dubai or Canada would be preferred as business partners considering the business setup modalities (in India) and other nationalities are welcome as investors cum partners (In Dubai / Canada)
Finally, in the present sceanario I would be the working partner and my inputs will be business intellegence, market research, business setup, operations, sales & marketing etc. whereas the partners / investors would be required to commit and inject the finance for the setup and working capital with a fair profit distribution ratio.
More in depth discussions can be held to pursue things further with the right kind of person / people ... time wasters and risk averse individuals ... please excuse.
I hope & pray to allah that I do find someone who is honest, sincere, hardworking and totally committed who has a burning desire to be successful and who can value and understand my business ideas and goals.
I can only assure that I will not be found lacking in any manner whatsoever in making the venture a success story. Finance requirement to be worked out depending upon the business plans selected.
