Im looking for an investor who willing to invest for my Project in here Kedah darulaman Malaysia. My project also already agreed by our MB(Head Minister)for Kedah Darulaman state. My Project also involving of opening an Islamic Hotel And halal Fusion restaurant in my country. All survey already been made and done, as for the result my project can manage to get 2million of profit in a year, and the good news is this is only for the Islamic Hotel not including Restaurant. For Halal Fusion Restaurant, we can manage to generate income for 200thousand in a month. I believe we can hit the target as for malaysia is among the islamic Country who's population for Muslim's only 98% in whole malaysia.And mostly, this people only looks for Islamic Hotel and restaurant where they'll feel safe and truly Muslim operation.
in this investment im looking for muslim/muslimin to help me to make this dreams come true and help our muslim/muslimin brotherhood/sisterhood so that they can enjoy holiday or doing business following our Islamic correct way.

Project = Islamic Hotel And halal Fusion Restaurant
Funding includes = Buying of Building
= Renovations
= Hotel and Restaurant material(items)
= start-up capital
= management Office
= Transportation( Hotel and Restaurant)
Funding Contract = 30 years
All of this needs are will be operate by both parties as for profil will be 51%-49% as for international rules for business operation using third parties funds.
All fee's also will be counting from the ammount requied.
All document will be Sign at Lawyer Firm and will be witnesses by our Goverment personal.
