With the release of the Ipad the tablet computer is the next step in the evolution in computing and in Education.
What I would like to do is market low price tablet computers to junior and senior high school students in order to replace their conventional books and reading materials while giving them a tool to access the internet, local Intranet, school networks and email, it would basically open up a whole new learning. Electronic books will replace conventional books can be made interactive, teachers can create simple websites on a local network where all students can access the lesson, which could be completely interactive including audio and video.
The cost of each unit to be manufactured would be from $99 to $150 (depending on specifications ) and could retail for double and still be affordable. Schools could also make deals with local businesses and sponsors in order to raise money for the tablets.
The tablets are state of the art and come directly from the factory in Shenzen China.
