we are plannig to constuct warehouse with capasity of 30000Mt. in M.P. India. Total cost of this project is approximately $ 2.5 million, we need finace $ 2 million @ 4% to 6% intrest.
Repayment guarantee from Gov. Of India, they are giveing guaranteed rent for the next 10 years.
