Require investment in Thailand

In 2010 I wanted to co-invest in Thailand To expand the following.
1. Building of 200 residential units for rent.
2. Mushroom farms in the area of 19,200 square meters.
3. To invest heavy machinery for excavation of land and soil loading.
It invites foreign investors interested in investment. Each business can provide good returns.
