Seeking Investors or Partners

  1. Home

Sun, 2010/05/02 - 21:59 by wakilu

We are a new and young University College in Ghana.
Our courses are Computer Programming and Management of Information Systems,
Business and Health Sciences.

We operate from our own location,(buildings) We are looking for an investor or
investors to expand and build many lecture rooms.
As a return on your investment, we can guarantee an annual return of 15-20%

We are offering 30 % equity for USD 300,000.
This amount will be reinvested into the University for expansion purposes.
More equity to the investor can also be considered.

I need an investment of $300,000 with the option of offering that investor a
30% share value of the University. The term equity here used by me to
determine a fair price share, but nothing of my existing investment.

Merits & Advantage of investor:
The advantages of the investor is that, after the offering is made
successfully, he/she owe a 30% of disbursement after tax of the overall value
of income. Merits will be the investor has a lifetime income through that
investment made.

Actual achievements and possibilities of the university:
The university does not need to rent/lease a place to run since it has, the
university is coming off an existing institution which means it will ride on
the institution to enrol new students, its overheads will be limited to new
investment for the university, like adding more buildings, instead of starting
to build a campus etc.

Investor/Investee relationship:
Relationship will be a partnership or just an investor depending on how both
parties agree. It is always true investor wants quick ROI, but at sometime,
they also want full participation in making their voices heard, so we both
(investor & investee) have to agree and mutual participation.

Annual return
This will be a set value on increase of student enrolment, and with this,
annually, the university can guarantee the investor that on the basis of said
investment, he/she will make between 15-20% returns.
