We need 100% Finance as a loan or JV CAPITAL & we can provide the project/s. Only as security & we are ready for all types of understandings.
Kindly let us know:
1) If you can finance or arrange any Financer/s to finance the Project/s.
2) The type (Value) of Project you/they want to finance.
3) The mode of Finance.(i.e. Loan/Private Equity/Joint Venture)
4) The percentage in case of loan
5) Your service charge/s.
Please note that, we have a system of not paying any upfront fees. Your charges will be paid (if you are able to get us a right type of financer /lender, at a right Price or Interest rate, at affordable charges) after we get the required funds on a Pro-rata Basis.
