Wanted: Partnership in real estate business

Dear Brothers and Sisters in Islam,

I am a real estate agent working in Mauritius. Since i've decided to convert in a real estate developer, I'm having lots of difficulties to find fund as I live in a non muslim country.

I wish to start with 3 bungalows but I will need a start up capital of 300,000 Riyals. Clients who wish to buy the bungalows will provide the remaining capital in instalments 25% every 4 months. The turn over of the whole project will be insha ALLAH around 13,000,000M Riyals. The expected profit is 5,000,000 riyals which can be shared pro-rata basis.
