BRIEF INFORMATION

Action Games Limited Liability Company (A.G.LLC) plans to setup an indoor multi-sport facility that will provide suitably located premises for sporting activity. Various sporting activities will be conducted under a special vinyl structure called an 'AIR DOME', which is a highly popular mode of structure used in the US and Europe as a sports arena in extreme weather conditions ranging from  – 40 deg. C of Alsaka to the + 48 deg. C of Texas. The brand name under which AGLLC will operate will be 'THE ACTION DOME'.
The legal structure of the business will be organized as a Limited Liability Company under UAE business law. 

Current Status
Action Games Ltd. is now past the concept and research stage and ready for the implementation stage, ready to go into business approx. 3 - 4 months from the date funding is made available.

To provide a positive return on investment at the end of year 1. Begin to organize league play and possibly a tournament circuit within the city of Dubai by the beginning of 2nd year.

THE ACTION DOME will offer complete facilities to play indoor versions of popular sports such as Cricket, Football, Volleyball, Tennis etc and will also introduce the exciting and entertaining version of the action sport of "Paintball" known as "Speedball" for the first time in UAE.  The above mentioned sports are very popular amongst the expatriate and the local population. Whereas Paintball is already a very popular form of action/adventure sport in USA and a 103 other countries.

To develop an open tournament circuit & to have a sponsored team compete and do well in a recognized tournament format.
To develop local league play and recruit other businesses to sponsor teams to compete.
Use competitive strategies to increase name recognition.
Each month will have a special ladies day, Children's day, family day etc. to arouse greater curiosity & awareness about the business.

Short-term promotional goals
Offer key discounts to clients who promote the Dome.
Develop & sponsor a paintball team that can play in the paintball league once it starts.

Advertising
The image projected to the public is important in attracting and keeping their confidence and patronage. Most of the advertising will be through distribution of flyers at colleges, outside schools, shopping malls, Bowling alleys etc.
Mailers will be sent to HR managers of corporate houses outlining the management benefits of paintball. Posters and promotional material at Shopping malls and other public places will raise consciousness of the target group towards our products and services.
Road shows will be organized at universities & Shopping malls.

Use local FM radio channels to do programs on the field for their 'What's New' programs.
Advertisements in local dailies and opening the door to advertisement agencies for the use of the Dome for any commercial shoots etc. can also be utilized for greater exposure in the media.
